Specialties: Sarah works with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions, relationship problems, self-esteem difficulties, stress management, and school issues.


Sarah has been providing counseling and clinical case management for children, youth, families, and adults in a variety of places, with schools being the primary setting. Sarah has a particular interest in working with issues specific to women, including postpartum depression, motherhood, and body image issues, but enjoys working with people from all walks of life. Sarah believes that healing comes from self-awareness and acceptance, along with human connection and strong interpersonal relationships.  Sarah has a love of learning and frequently attends trainings and workshops to enhance her skills as a therapist and find ways to best meet the needs of each individual. Most recently, Sarah has been participating in a two year training program in Gestalt therapy, and has also been participating in Care and Counseling’s Psychotherapy Enrichment Program.

I have worked with a wide variety of individuals and families, providing integrative therapy, tailored to your needs. I have experience working with trauma survivors, from both behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. If needed, I incorporate mindfulness techniques and a client’s own spirituality into their healing.  I believe your path to health and wholeness should be matched with my willingness to creatively hold space for your unique story.
