Specialties: Kavitha provides individual therapy for a variety of clinical issues using an integrated approach tailored to the needs of each adult or older adult client. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, grief/loss, adult survivors of abuse or neglect, eating/body image issues, adjustment or phase of life issues, gay/lesbian/bisexual issues, relationship or sexual problems, spiritual issues, and racial/cultural or immigration issues.


Kavitha works with adults and older adults to find ways to lessen emotional pain and grow in many different areas of life. She believes that, working together collaboratively, you can address your concerns, gain understanding and make change. The key to growth and change, based on her own experiences, is the connection that you build and maintain together as you undertake very personal work. She hopes to help you find what you need in order to move forward from the challenges you currently face and discover ways to handle challenges in the future.
