I have experience working with trauma survivors, from both behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. If needed, I incorporate mindfulness techniques and a client’s own spirituality into their healing.  I believe your path to health and wholeness should be matched with my willingness to creatively hold space for your unique story. I am passionate about walking with you, as you grow toward a sense of wholeness, meaning, and hope.
